Bristow-Ford Law offers its clients Susan’s big firm expertise, while giving them the personalized attention that they deserve. The focus always remains on the clients’ business goals.
Susan’s experience includes the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secrets; as well as the negotiation and litigation of business contracts such as employment, non-competition, non-solicitation, distribution, vendor and supply agreements. Her experience extends to business torts such as interference with contract, unfair competition and theft of trade secrets. In addition to litigation, Susan’s experience includes drafting and negotiating many of the same types of business contracts that she has litigated, including licensing, non-disclosure, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements; she also handles trademark and copyright filings on behalf of her clients.
Susan represents local, national and international businesses before the Oregon and Washington state and federal courts, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
